Article 19.02(15) – Height of double bottoms

The Working Group endorsed the following comment by Mr Bieringer:
“A watertight deck in the middle compartment at a distance of more than 0.50 m and less than 0.60 m in accordance with Article 15.02(5)(b) of the Rhine Vessels Inspection Regulations in the version applicable on 1 December 2005 is not a double bottom within the meaning of Article 19.02(15).”
