Article 3.01 – Good shipbuilding practice

The Working Group agreed that the requirement of Article 3.01 of the Rhine Vessels Inspection Regulations [ES-TRIN], i.e. that vessels are to be built in accordance with good shipbuilding practice, is not – as set out by the CESA – restricted to execution of the construction work, but also applies to the design of vessels.
