Article 19.06(6) - Escape routes for persons with reduced mobility

Article 19.06(3)(g), stipulates that exits of rooms intended for use by persons with reduced mobility shall have a clear width of at least 0,90 m.
Article 19.06(6) lays down the requirements for escape routes but without specifying any dimensions.

The possible interpretation is that the escape routes that can be used by persons with reduced mobility must have a clear width of the least 90 cm throughout.
Is this interpretation correct?

RV/G (08) 12

Article 19.06(5) contained the fundamental requirements on connecting corridors. Article 19.06(6) contains additional requirements for connecting corridors used as an escape route. As a consequence, communicating corridors used as an escape route for persons with reduced mobility shall have a minimum width of 1.3 m.
